What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as the primary contact for the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO), managing communications with executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Handle and draft correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the GCFO.
  • Manage the GCFO’s schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Proactively perform complex, confidential, and sensitive administrative tasks to support divisional operational goals.
  • Handle invoice submissions, payment follow-ups, and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate with HR on recruitment processes, staff exits, and other administrative functions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and analysis for executive and board meetings.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, catering, and coordination with internal/external contacts.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Provide general office management support, including inventory and asset management.

What You Should Have

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting and editing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling complex tasks.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
