Job Summary:

WovV Technologies, a Global Business Productivity SaaS company, is looking for Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO for Dubai location.

Experience:

2+ Years

Language Proficiency:

Speaking Proficiency/Native in Arabic and English languages

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO.
  2. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation, including assisting with special projects, designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations, collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties, composing and preparing correspondence, maintaining contact lists, making travel arrangements, and completing expense and mileage reports.
  3. Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  4. Provide a “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time and office.
  5. Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings, preparing an account of the meetings, and designating and following up on assigned action items.
  6. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to issues concerning members of staff and all stakeholders, responding positively with tact, sensitivity, and awareness to all stakeholders in relation to duties undertaken.
  7. Draft correspondence and other documentation to the CEO’s specification.
  8. Work on project tracking and be open to taking up varied tasks.
  9. Coordinate with bankers for various queries and resolutions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven prior experience as Executive Assistant or similar role.
  2. Mandatory – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Email communications.
  3. Thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment.
  4. Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment and diverse communities.
  6. Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
  7. Exceptional organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  8. Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
  9. Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
