Executive Assistant to COO

Bybit is looking for a highly motivated Business Manager to COO & HRBP Management Trainee to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Support COO in Business Operations: Assist in the daily management and oversight of business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across departments.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the COO and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve company objectives.
3. Talent Strategy & Leadership Partnership: Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving growth by enhancing workforce capability and engagement.
4. Employee Relations & Organizational Culture: Foster strong relationships with employees, addressing workplace challenges and ensuring the successful implementation of company policies to cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
5. Performance Management & Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute performance management strategies that drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement through feedback, evaluations, and targeted development programs.
6. Leadership in HR Initiatives: Play a key role in designing and implementing HR programs, including talent acquisition, employee retention strategies, career development, and succession planning, aligning HR functions with organizational needs.

Requirements:

1. Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
2. Proactive problem-solving mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and ability to work under pressure.
3. Experience or capability in performance management, career development, and succession planning.
4. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
5. Understanding of the crypto industry and centralized exchanges is a strong advantage.
