Our client is one of the most recognized and respected business groups in the UAE. They are looking to hire a Secretary/Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of the business.
Responsibilities and Capabilities needed are as follows:
Providing administrative and business support to company CEO.
Extensively manage e-mails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up as necessary.
Respond accurately to internal and external information requests.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments.
Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.
Perform basic banking and bookkeeping tasks for personal matters.
Maintain demanding calendars for all senior executive team, which includes arranging and coordinating all meetings, internally and externally, as well as teleconferences.
Organize P & L meetings every quarter, along with coordinating other staff events.
Coordinate with procurement team for clearing and ensuring timely outstanding payments.
