Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
As the Executive Assistant (EA) reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide comprehensive support, serving as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders. You will manage the CEO's schedule, oversee special projects, and coordinate executive outreach efforts. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a small entrepreneurial, dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
- Research and prioritize incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, handling them with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to keep him informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Assist in drafting and editing written communications and materials for external stakeholders.
- Coordinate the CEO's outreach activities and cultivate ongoing relationships with partners and donors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle tasks with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Work independently on projects, from conception to completion, proactively identifying and solving issues.
- Demonstrate high professionalism and a positive/can-do/problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7 to 8 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and decision-making capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Diploma in Secretarial practices would be an advantage.
- Preference for candidates that can join immediately.
Compensation: AED 15,000 - AED 17,000 per month, corresponding with experience and qualifications.
