Job Overview:

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a key contributor to the efficiency and success of our leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in executive support, organizational efficiency, and project management, playing a crucial role in supporting the CEO's decision-making and strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure the completion of tasks delegated by the CEO by following up with relevant teams and individuals, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to assess how the company is performing and report findings to the CEO.
  • Remind the CEO and other stakeholders of any pending business tasks or deadlines.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with heads of departments to ensure alignment and progress on various projects.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve company goals, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks in task completion and proactively work to resolve them.
  • Provide the CEO with insights and status updates on ongoing initiatives and key projects.
  • Assist with any additional duties as required in alignment with operations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in relevant administrative support roles.
  • Strong people-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of the entire MS Office suite and project management platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage daily priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • High-level verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in real estate operations is a plus.
  • Russian language proficiency.
