Position Title: Executive Assistant ( Finance) to the CEO

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant - Finance to the CEO will provide high-level administrative and financial support to the CEO. This role combines executive-level assistance with financial expertise, ensuring smooth coordination between the CEO’s office and the finance department. The individual will manage confidential financial documents, assist with strategic decision-making, and ensure the efficient operation of financial activities related to the CEO’s responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments related to financial engagements.
- Act as the gatekeeper for all finance-related communications, ensuring timely responses and prioritization.
- Attend high-level finance meetings and prepare minutes, summarizing key takeaways and action points.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Support:
- Analyze financial reports and provide summaries or key insights to the CEO.
- Coordinate with the CFO, finance teams, and other senior management on financial projects.
- Assist the CEO in reviewing budgets, financial statements, forecasts, and other critical financial documents.
- Provide input and support in financial strategy meetings and assist in the follow-up of action points.
- Project Management:
- Lead or assist in special financial projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and audits.
- Track and report on the progress of financial initiatives, providing regular updates to the CEO.
- Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support executive decision-making.
- Administrative Duties:
- Draft correspondence, emails, and memos on behalf of the CEO related to finance.
- Organize and maintain confidential finance-related documents and files.
- Coordinate and prepare briefing materials for the CEO prior to financial meetings or events.
- Ensure efficient communication between the CEO’s office and finance department.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, auditors, and other C-level executives, regarding financial matters.
- Support the CEO in maintaining strong relationships with key partners and financial institutions.
- Compliance & Confidentiality:
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information and decisions.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Finance
- Experience: 2 + years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance sector or executive-level support.
- Skills:
- Strong financial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial reports, metrics, and analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on discretion and professionalism.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment:

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
