The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and senior management team. This includes managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and making travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and gather data for various projects and initiatives.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Assist with the preparation of board meetings and other company events.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external partners.
Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritizing as necessary.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
