Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Social Media Executive. This full-time role requires a dynamic professional who can efficiently manage executive-level administrative tasks while creating and executing engaging content across social media platforms to enhance the company’s online presence.

Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:

  1. Calendar Management: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
  2. Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  3. Document Management: Maintain confidential records and files.
  4. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  5. Task Prioritization: Assist in managing and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  6. Event Coordination: Plan and organize internal and external meetings or events.

Social Media Executive Duties:

  1. Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos.
  2. Social Media Management: Manage company profiles on platforms such as the website, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  3. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote the company.
  4. Analytics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
  5. Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an online community.
  6. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Social Media Executive (experience in both roles is a plus).
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in social media tools and platforms.
  6. Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  7. High level of discretion and professionalism.
  8. Analytical mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  2. Knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and analytics tools.
  3. Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  4. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary: AED 6,000
Additional Notes: Preferably candidates with their own visa.
