Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Social Media Executive. This full-time role requires a dynamic professional who can efficiently manage executive-level administrative tasks while creating and executing engaging content across social media platforms to enhance the company’s online presence.
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Calendar Management: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Document Management: Maintain confidential records and files.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Task Prioritization: Assist in managing and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize internal and external meetings or events.
Social Media Executive Duties:
- Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Social Media Management: Manage company profiles on platforms such as the website, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote the company.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an online community.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Social Media Executive (experience in both roles is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools and platforms.
- Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
