We are looking for the right candidate to work alongside our team, Chairman and the CEO in our Dubai Office. Based in Dubai, UAE, you will need to live within easy reach of Al Barari.
As an Executive Assistant & Project Manager, you will manage office operations while managing projects as required. To succeed in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, balancing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and adaptability.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating tasks across multiple projects, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and liaising with the teams based in the UK and US. Strong organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage priorities effectively. A flexible approach to tasks and excellent project coordination skills are essential.
Summary
Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment is advantageous. You must have a proactive, can-do attitude, work well under pressure. Discretion and trustworthiness are essential.
