Administration Assistant

Company: Vital Sign Health LLC

  • Experience: 1 - 3 Years
  • Location: Dubai - United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage calendars, organize files, and draft correspondence.
  2. Assist with budgets and provide administrative support.
  3. Manage reception and provide clerical support, including data entry and meeting coordination.
  4. Handle correspondence and provide administrative support.
  5. Assist in supervising Front Office operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
  6. Provide administrative assistance by managing calls and scheduling appointments.
  7. Deliver exceptional customer service and handle calls.
  8. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
  9. Manage the calendar and correspondence for the Managing Director.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and support sales operations.

Skills Required:
