What You'll Be Doing

  • Liaise with the Group's managers, suppliers and clients on behalf of the Office of the Executive Chairman to ensure a smooth flow of communication and understanding.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming items to ensure the Executive Chairman is advised of and updated on current issues, events and items, and make recommendations for action.
  • Follow up on directives sent through the Office of the Executive Chairman, monitoring their progress.
  • Plan, organize and execute projects and a range of diverse assignments.
  • Organize and participate in meetings related to the Executive Chairman's function.
  • Assist in planning and organizing visits to the Group's Head Office by selected visitors specifically invited through the Office of the Executive Chairman.
  • Proactively identify issues and priorities.
  • Plan, organize and execute effective delivery of reports and programs as required by the Executive Chairman.
  • Build professional relationships with Senior Group management and the leaders in the field of the Group's activity.
  • Act as an ambassador and role model representing the Group with professionalism at the highest levels.
What You'll Need To Succeed

  • English and French speaking is a must.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of Admin/EA experience to a Senior Stakeholder/Executive.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, both verbally and in writing.
  • Professional and highly organized work ethic.
  • Great attention to detail.
