Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments effectively
Prepare and organize financial reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for finance executives
Assist in the preparation and planning of departmental projects and initiatives
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the finance executives
Maintain an organized filing system and ensure the smooth operation of the finance office
Stay up to date on finance procedures and regulations to support the team efficiently
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in finance or accounting roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a corporate finance or investment environment
Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting principles
Proficiency in project management tools and software
