Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive EA to provide administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  2. Handle personal errands and tasks such as shopping, appointment scheduling, and event coordination.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with sensitive information.
  4. Assist with business-related tasks, including correspondence, reports, and document management.
  5. Coordinate and manage household staff, services, and contractors.
  6. Plan and organize events, meetings, and business functions.
  7. Provide general support as required, including research and coordinating various personal and business activities.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  3. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Knowledge of Dubai and the UAE is a plus.
