We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant who excels in project management and supports leadership at the highest levels.

Role Overview:

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the senior leadership team, providing comprehensive administrative support while managing high-stakes projects across the organization. Your expertise in project management and operations at the executive level will be crucial in ensuring seamless communication, strategic planning, and efficient execution of initiatives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite and senior executives, including managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare executive communications, reports, presentations, and meeting materials with meticulous attention to detail.

Project Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate key projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and information flow.

Operational Excellence:

  • Facilitate and manage high-priority initiatives, ensuring all tasks are tracked, deadlines are met, and stakeholders are informed.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external partners.
  • Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the leadership team, contributing to an environment of efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced hospitality or high-end service industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing projects and supporting senior leadership within a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
