Job Summary:

We are seeking a resourceful and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a dynamic real estate owner in managing both business and personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating schedules, overseeing property-related operations, and handling confidential tasks with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Manage and maintain the owner's calendar, including scheduling property inspections, meetings, and personal appointments.
    • Organize and prioritize correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and real estate documentation.
    • Maintain a structured filing system for property-related documents and contracts.
  2. Property Coordination:
    • Assist with property viewings, site visits, and tenant communications.
    • Schedule maintenance and liaise with vendors for property repairs and improvements.
    • Track project timelines for property development and renovation activities.
    • Maintain property expense records and prepare financial reports.
  3. Task and Project Management:
    • Conduct market research to provide insights on property investments and market trends.
    • Draft and proofread contracts and agreements.
    • Ensure timely completion of tasks, renewals, and property registrations.
    • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for site visits or personal vacations.
  4. Personal Assistance:
    • Handle personal errands, including household management and appointments.
    • Organize events and social engagements.
    • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
  5. Liaison and Communication:
    • Act as the point of contact between the owner and stakeholders, including agents, lawyers, and tenants.
    • Build and maintain professional relationships on behalf of the owner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and regulations (if applicable).
  2. Knowledge of property management and investment strategies.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
