As an Executive Assistant, you will perform administrative tasks to a senior executive with a high degree of autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

You will report directly to the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA and will be based in Dubai.

In this exciting role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling meetings for the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA and interacting with stakeholders to ensure meetings are set up and followed up,
  • Screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other communications, responding on behalf of the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA,
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and recording minutes, communicating to participants,
  • Taking notes during meetings and preparing meeting minutes, following up on action items from meetings and ensuring completion
  • Booking travel arrangements for the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA
  • Preparing travel expense reports and ensuring reimbursement
  • Managing the agenda (vacation, travel, time management, etc.)
  • Scheduling global/regional meetings, taking minutes and performing necessary follow up as needed
  • Exercising discretion in all activities and in any circumstances
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives

Your professional profile includes:

  • Degree in administration, business, or relevant field preferred but not required
  • 5+ years' experience in an administrative support role, preferably from larger organizations
  • Experience in supporting senior leaders
  • Fluency in English
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and sound knowledge in Excel
  • Priority setting and proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage different multiple inquiries
