We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Coordinate and plan executive meetings, board meetings, and corporate events
  • Assist in preparing agendas and taking minutes during high-level meetings
  • Manage expense reports and handle administrative tasks related to budget tracking
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing needs
  • Provide general office support and perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Experience in the luxury and upscale segment is highly advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Creative thinking and strong product knowledge
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Passion for corporate operations and executive-level support
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively offer solutions
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage competing deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
