Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant plays a key role at Schneider Electric. This role provides executive assistant support to Senior leadership in MEA. This position works with a high degree of independence and reports to the MEA Zone President.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive assistant support to the relevant stakeholders and other Senior leaders as required.
- Manage the timetable of manager.
- Manage admin tasks in the IT systems by delegation when relevant.
- Organize & attend if needed internal/external meetings, open lines and events.
- Assist in the preparation of material – presentations, letters, meeting minutes.
- Establish and maintain credible and effective working relationships with key stakeholders including internal and external contacts, executives, and management team members.
- Management of executive calendar, travel requirements, expense management, and preparing reports as needed.
- Receiving, recording and distributing documents, mail and courier items.
- Other duties as assigned (administrative support).

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business or related discipline with 8+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to perform in a multi-task environment with potentially conflicting priorities.
- Proven user skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience supporting C-Suite in MEA.
- Results oriented, with ability to work well independently and with a team.
- Self-motivation for learning.
- Professional demeanor.
- English Fluency is a must.
