EMEAA Talent Partners is collaborating with a leading Multinational Food Exporter, committed to delivering top-quality food products while fostering a dynamic work environment. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO in Dubai, UAE, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in managing the CEO's schedule, communications, and overall administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high level executive support, particularly in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritise communications from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and the smooth flow of information.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required by the CEO.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations for board meetings and executive briefings.
  • Maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity. • Liaise with senior management and other departments to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
  • Organise and coordinate special projects and events as directed by the CEO.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the CEO, ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, ideally within the FMCG industry (industry experience is not a MUST).
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and communications effectively.
  • Strong understanding of corporate culture and executive-level dynamics.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
