We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the Office of the SEME and ME leaders.

Responsibilities Include

  • Provide administrative support to the office of the two leaders
  • Book all aspects of global travel including flights, cars, hotels and private flights as needed
  • Strong calendar management experience to seamlessly manage multi time zones for travel and scheduling of meetings
  • Maintain all calendar entries and changes accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare, process and submit expense reports
  • Prioritize and coordinate meeting requests in line with both internal and external business objectives
  • Coordinate onsite logistics for all meetings
  • Partner with assistant community, global events, IT, and security teams
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality around all matters
  • Create and maintain shared assets (e.g. contact lists)

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of Sr. Executive Administrative Assistant experience supporting C suite leaders required, preferably in a large, matrixed MNC
  • Arabic speaker preferred, Dubai based
  • Minimum degree qualification
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with senior executives and external business contacts
  • Maintain confidentiality to the highest degree and discretion in all circumstances
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask utilizing effective time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong understanding and cultural awareness of the Middle East environment
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
