Our client, a prominent organisation in Dubai, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can join immediately and hit the ground running.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure efficient time management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Prepare, edit, and review reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
• Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Liaise with other departments and senior management to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Oversee and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
• Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively provide solutions and support.
• Ensure the CEO's office is run efficiently, including managing administrative tasks.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Must be immediately available to join.
