As an Executive Assistant, you will perform administrative tasks to a senior executive with a high degree of autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. In this exciting role, your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling meetings for the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA and interacting with stakeholders to ensure meetings are set up and followed up.
Screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other communications, responding on behalf of the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA.
Scheduling and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and recording minutes, communicating to participants.
Taking notes during meetings and preparing meeting minutes, following up on action items from meetings and ensuring completion.
Booking travel arrangements for the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA.
Preparing travel expense reports and ensuring reimbursement.
Managing the agenda (vacation, travel, time management, etc.).
Scheduling global/regional meetings, taking minutes, and performing necessary follow-up as needed.
Exercising discretion in all activities and in any circumstances.
Assisting in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
Your professional profile includes:
Degree in administration, business, or relevant field preferred but not required.
5+ years' experience in an administrative support role, preferably from larger organizations.
Experience in supporting senior leaders.
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication skills.
Expertise in PowerPoint and sound knowledge in Excel.
