A unique opportunity has arisen to join a leading retailer as an Executive Assistant to the board. The ideal candidate will be an organized individual who exercises excellent judgment and discretion, and who is willing to handle new challenges.
Key responsibilities as Executive Assistant will include:
* Supporting and assisting the board with day to day operations.
* Respond to communication from senior officials and other important personnel in the board.
* Monitor and screen all communication and prioritize according to importance.
* Co-ordinate visits and travels.
* Prioritise and bring critical matters to the board.
* Maintain and update all office admin.
* Property and estate management.
* Arrange board events.
* Diary management
Executive Assistant required
As Executive Assistant you will have:
* A highly organised, motivated and hard working manner.
* Previous Executive Assistant experience.
* Good knowledge on computer systems
* The ability to work independently.
