We are looking for an “Executive Assistant” to be assigned to our “Financial Affairs Department” located in “Dubai, UAE.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

  • Preferably Bachelor's / University degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a company, preferably supporting C-Level executives
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach
  • Arabic and French knowledge is desirable
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, handling multiple priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a structured workflow
  • Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset, even in high-pressure situations
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality, managing sensitive information securely
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Assist organization of internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Makes the manager's expense and travel statements.
  • Keeps track of incoming and outgoing documents, ensures that the necessary files are kept and archived regularly.
  • Meets the guests who come to the manager and provides coordination with the manager to whom she/he is affiliated.
