Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the CEO. They will manage the CEO's calendar, arrange meetings and travel, and handle confidential and sensitive information. The Executive Assistant will also prepare reports, presentations, and correspondences and assist in project coordination and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondences as directed by the CEO.
- Prioritize and respond to emails, inquiries, and requests on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update organizational documents, files, and databases.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings and executive team meetings.
- Take minutes and distribute meeting agendas and materials.
- Support the CEO in managing priorities, ensuring efficient time management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- UAE National.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
