My client is a global public safety company seeking an experienced and high-performing Executive Assistant to join the company's regional head office in Abu Dhabi to assist the Senior Managers.
You will be responsible for diary management, organizing meetings, data management, and coordinating with international offices along with general administration.
You will be tasked with arranging travel, managing management attendance, and preparing reports and presentations.
Your role will involve interacting with UAE Nationals, westerners, and expats; therefore, outstanding intercultural communication skills are required.
This is a very important role, and my client requires someone who is very professional, with a high level of diplomacy and excellent communication skills.
Applicants must have gained relevant experience in the Middle East region and must already live in Abu Dhabi. Applicants must be from a western background with an excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Any understanding or spoken Arabic is an added advantage.
You must have gained a university degree and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant in a project environment.
