Execution Trader

• Monitor and support existing algorithmic trading strategies, ensuring stable and efficient real-time performance.
• Analyze algorithm performance and work on optimizing execution strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize slippage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time, collaborating closely with the trading, quant, and development teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Regularly analyze data to improve algorithm functionality and identify areas for refinement.
• Generate and provide detailed reports on execution quality, performance metrics, and operational issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role focused on monitoring and optimizing algorithmic trading strategies and execution.
• Background in TradFi, with a strong preference for experience in HFT environments.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and monitoring.
• Solid experience with data manipulation, performance analysis, and optimization, along with strong SQL skills.
• Strong organizational skills, disciplined approach to processes, clear communication, and a solution-oriented mindset.
