Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive – HR Employee Services

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager – HR Business Support, this role is responsible for collaborating with Business Unit Heads and Stakeholders to oversee the end-to-end Employee Services process. The role also involves monitoring and improving related policies and procedures while managing the Employee Services team to ensure timely and effective support, enabling the business to achieve its organizational objectives.

  • Oversee Employee Services operation and the team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks assigned, ensuring consistent and effective support to the business.
  • Manage Medical Insurance, Business Trip process, and Company Letters, ensuring responsibilities are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner.
  • Oversee Pension operation and processes while supporting HR Operations management in delivering other key services, such as employee benefits, payroll, etc.
  • Build sustainable working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align processes and ensure business continuity.
  • Manage and provide the necessary support to design/enhance the Employee Services Standard Operating Process (SOP), policies, procedures, and related tools and systems.
  • Conduct research focused on improving the stakeholders’ satisfaction and service delivery, implementing enhancements to boost departmental efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and provide monthly reconciliation reports, including Service Level Agreement (SLA) updates and other relevant updates as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree would be an advantage.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a large organization.
  • Strong negotiation and confident communication abilities.
  • Effective relationship building skills.
  • Self-sufficient and delivery-focused mindset.
  • Ability to provide professional, customer-focused HR advisory services to the business.
  • Working knowledge in using HR systems.
  • Microsoft Office training.
  • Oracle HRMS system training.
  • Communication skills training.
