Exchange Market Manager Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities:

1. Pulling new users: Recruit new jobs and assist the operations department in converting new users. Formulate the rhythm and method of new market introduction and lead the team to achieve the goal of attracting new users.
2. Channel development: Develop different types of marketing channels, including but not limited to news media, investment communities, and social media platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Google.
3. Completion of performance KPIs: Formulate KPI indicators for attracting new users and channel expansion. Lead the team in executing marketing plans and coordinating activities.
4. Department management: Lead the team to implement market plans in line with operational cycles; optimize processes and improve efficiency through collaboration.
5. Market research: Conduct market research and monitor market dynamics, providing valuable reports.

Qualifications:

1. Basic skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese; college degree or above; knowledge of stock investment and basic office software skills. Experience in currency speculation is preferred.
2. Working experience: Over 5 years in the currency or financial investment industry, or over 4 years in speculation.
3. Resource type and quantity: At least 10 blockchain industry media resources or 40 community channel resources.
4. Communication ability: Strong language expression and problem-solving skills.
5. Work enthusiasm and stress resistance: Ability to handle work pressure and actively seek solutions.
6. Nationality: Open to all nationalities with proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin and English.
7. Location: Willing to work in Dubai, UAE.
