Exchange Market Manager Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities:

1. Pulling New Users: There are user resources in related industries such as blockchain investment funds, stocks, and currency circles. Complete the department's goals by recruiting new jobs and assisting the operations department in converting new users. Formulate the rhythm and method of new market introduction and lead the team to achieve the goal of attracting new users.
2. Channel Development: Excellent new channel development and integration capabilities. Able to output high-quality market launch solutions and integrate resources. Can develop different types of marketing channels including, but not limited to, news media, vertical media, investment communities, and more. Examples include Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google SEO, Cointelegraph, CNN, and others.
3. Completion of Performance KPIs: Formulate KPI indicators such as attracting new targets, channel expansion plans, and new user conversion indicators. Lead the team to output executable marketing plans and coordinate with the team to execute a reasonable marketing plan.
4. Department Management: Lead the team to formulate and implement a reasonable market plan in line with the operation cycle and product cycle. Propose plans to optimize processes and improve efficiency while cooperating with different departments to complete all market plans.
5. Market Research: Provide reasonable market judgments with strong market research capabilities. Monitor market dynamics and generate valuable market research reports independently.

Qualifications:

1. Basic Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese; knowledge of other languages is a plus. College degree or above; stock investment knowledge and experience; basic literacy in market supervision; proficiency in office software. Experience in currency speculation is preferred.
2. Working Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the currency circle or financial investment industry, or more than 4 years of speculation in coins, stocks, and funds.
3. Resource Type and Quantity: No less than 10 blockchain industry media resources, 40 community channel resources, 20 industry big V resources, or 30 core resources of other categories.
4. Communication Ability: Articulate with accurate pronunciation, good language expression ability, and a strong desire to perform. Understanding customer psychology and focusing on solving problems as the core work starting point.
5. Work Enthusiasm and Stress Resistance: Able to understand and accept the work pressure of the marketing and sales position. Actively seek solutions to difficult problems and unite colleagues.
6. Nationality: Open to all nationalities with a good command of Chinese/Mandarin and English.
