Excavator Operator Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

The Abu-Dhabi based company is looking for a qualified Excavator Operator with 3 years or more of experience. The position offers a competitive salary of 1600 and we are open to consider applications from foreign nationals.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge and understanding of the operation principles of all types of excavators and other construction equipment. Moreover, they must be vigilant with safety regulations and protocols while operating the machinery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Operating an excavator
2. Conducting pre-operation checks
3. Monitoring equipment performance
4. Ensuring all maintenance is done correctly
5. Reporting any issues or damages to the supervisor
6. Adhering to all safety regulations at all times

The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in heavy equipment operations or any related field, have a valid driver's license, and be able to accurately read blueprints/plans/maps in order to identify excavation sites. Additionally, they should have experience working with hydraulic systems, understand the principles of soil mechanics and erosion control systems, and possess knowledge in underground utilities installation techniques. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with supervisors and personnel from other departments. Furthermore, candidates should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
