Events PR Manager
Job description
Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute premium instore events and brand activations.
- Oversee all logistics including vendor coordination and event setup ensuring flawless execution.
Influencer Marketing Activations:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to drive impactful campaigns.
- Develop and manage influencer strategies aligned with client goals.
Public Relations:
- Develop and implement PR strategies including drafting press releases and media pitches.
- Foster strong relationships with media outlets and journalists.
Creative Ideation & Proposals:
- Design unique campaign ideas and strategies tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends to propose innovative marketing solutions.
Team & Department Development:
- Develop systems and processes to streamline operations within the Events & PR department.
- Mentor team members ensuring skill development and effective budget management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary client contact ensuring campaigns align with client vision and goals.
- Provide timely updates and reports to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in events, PR, or influencer marketing ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong creative thinking and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and a keen eye for design/aesthetics.
