The Arts Club Dubai is perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet, in the brand-new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners.

It is the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members’ club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. The Arts Club Dubai is hiring a dynamic and organized Events Executive who will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and coordinating the events diary for both private and Members’ events. This role will involve time in the office, as well as meeting clients for potential events, and therefore they will be expected to deliver the highest possible standards of service and contentment whilst following the brand image.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. At least 1-2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or resort, within a similar role, preferably in Dubai.
2. A passion for luxury hospitality events with a flair for selling.
3. The ability to build a strong rapport with potential clients.
4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
5. An eagerness to learn with a “ready to go” attitude.
