Job description

Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and execute events, ensuring all logistical aspects are well-planned and executed.
  2. Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
  3. Manage event timelines, ensuring all activities occur as scheduled.
  4. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of creative event concepts.
  6. Handle administrative tasks, including budget management, invoicing, and contracts.
