Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Events and Production Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of events from concept to completion. This role involves overseeing all aspects of production including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless, memorable experiences aligned with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of corporate, marketing, and social events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person)
• Manage production timelines, event budgets, floorplans, and technical requirements
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, venues, and production crews
• Source and manage vendors for AV, staging, lighting, catering, printing, and décor
• Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Oversee site inspections, rehearsals, and on-the-ground event operations
• Develop contingency plans and ensure all safety and compliance protocols are followed
• Analyze post-event feedback and prepare performance and ROI reports
• Stay updated on trends in event production, experiential marketing, and new technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 4+ years of proven experience in event and production management
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with event tech platforms and production tools
• Knowledge of AV, lighting, staging, and technical event requirements
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as required
