We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for our events management team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Events Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in assisting with event planning, coordination, and execution to ensure successful and memorable events.
Successful candidates will be expected to have a flexible work schedule in order to help facilitate evening and weekend events and activities on a semi-regular basis.

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in events management or a related field
Experience supporting multiple functions and proven track record of successfully managing concurrent duties and assignments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in, database management, event management, and file organization.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
