We are looking for a high-energy Event Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. If you thrive in sales, sponsorships, and client relationship management, this is your chance to drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and work with top brands in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients for event sponsorships, partnerships, and exhibitor packages.
- Develop customized sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability.
Client Relationship Management:- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
- Provide post-event follow-ups, reports, and upsell opportunities.
Market & Industry Analysis:- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client demands.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to refine sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event sales, media sales, or sponsorship sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing strategies.
- Established industry network is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: AED 5K-6K / month (negotiable based on experience).
- Commission: Performance-based incentives with revenue targets.
