Eleven Events is looking for an Event Sales Executive to join our team! We are seeking driven individuals with experience in AV Equipment Rentals and Events Industry.
Developing new AV Sales for the company as per company's activity.
Bring in new clientele into the organization and also manage the existing relationship with existing clients.
Achieve the monthly sales targets as discussed on monthly basis with the management.
Undertaking research to understand the market objectives, aims and ambitions of your client base.
To identify new sales opportunities and develop them into long term relationships.
Attend events and liaising with exhibitor and sponsor clients onsite to ensure that their contract is fulfilled and all their concerns and needs are addressed.
Cold calling prospective clients, schedule meetings with them to collaborate on projects.
Connect clients with senior management if required, for discussing long term partnerships.
Tracks sales data, ensure targets are met and report to management.
Analyses trends, data, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve sales performance.
Updates job knowledge by participating in industry networking events; reading professional publications; and maintaining personal networks in industry.
Liaise with the production and presales team to provide client quotes.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the deal.
To be present in the event site and manage the client.
Extending full support to the management for execution of events, sales administration and training.
Have at least 2 years UAE experience in events sales.
Must be familiar with the following industries: Concerts / Conferences / Award Shows / Corporate Events / Product Launches / Sports Events / Private Events / Gala Dinners / Opening & Closing Ceremonies / Wedding / Parties.
Have valid UAE Driving License.
Be a serial networker.
Have technical experience with contract management and proposal writing.
Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
Be able to cross and up sell opportunities and products.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Knowing Arabic is a plus.
