Event Project Manager

Salary: 25,000-27,000 Dhms per month plus benefits (Kids education, Tickets, Medical and Annual Bonus)

Objectives of this role:

• Raise awareness of new initiatives through events
• Develop strong ties to partners and clients
• Drive new business with compelling events/activations

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events for internal and external purposes
• Keep event plans under budget and on schedule
• Create concept of the events/activations
• Coordinate concepts with creative and operational teams
• Reach out to potential partners and collaborators
• Maintain accurate records of all expenditures
• Ensure events and activations are carried out successfully

• Strong organizational and management skills
• Self-starter's attitude
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to plan and execute projects with many moving parts

Preferred qualifications:

• Creativity in crafting events and activations
• Demonstrated understanding of visitors' needs
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with external vendors and service providers
• Familiarity with event trends and developments
