Responsibilities

  1. 6-8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the entertainment/events industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in project management, event management, business administration, or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and client management skills.
  4. Coordinating with other event project managers and staff members to ensure that all aspects of the event are running smoothly.
  5. Assist in providing regular status updates on all events and support effective and efficient decision making to maximize financial performance and event delivery quality.
  6. Coordinate event logistics, such as catering, transportation, and accommodation.
  7. Manage procurement of department-related items including sourcing suppliers, briefing requirements, and negotiation.
  8. Support the Event Programs team on identifying project risks and managing them proactively, including developing risk mitigation plans.
  9. Assist in overseeing project progress, delivery, budgets, forecasting, quality, and issue resolution.
  10. Ensure that all event-related expenses stay within budgetary constraints based on shared budget responsibilities.
