Job Overview:

Ensure appropriate execution of all aspects of event operations, from start to finish, ensuring that all activities are delivered on-time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of an event including logistics, staffing and compliance with regulations to ensure the event is successful and meets the expectations of attendees and stakeholders.
• Manage event operations’ budget, develop event timelines, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure events are executed safely, smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage with other Ethara departments client proposal to host and execute events.

Job Specifications:

• 5 – 10 years’ experience in event operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge in large scale event operations in all aspects.
• Event health and safety experience.
• Able to create and read venue and events drawings.
• Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential operational risks / issues.
• Make complex decisions in a fast-paced environment.
