We are actively seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as an Event Manager. This role is perfect for professionals with a passion for planning, creativity, and connecting with the local community.

What Do We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience in event management within the hospitality or F&B industry, preferably in luxury dining in UAE is a must.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client and community relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of UAE culture, market trends, and the local community in the hospitality industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

What Will You Work On

Event Planning and Execution

• Plan and organize private and corporate events, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with Nusr-Et's premium brand.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including menu planning, seating arrangements, entertainment, and decorations.
• Manage on-site execution of events, ensuring a flawless guest experience.

Community Engagement

• Build and foster strong relationships with the local UAE community, understanding their culture, needs, and preferences.
• Design events and experiences that cater specifically to the local market, tourists and expat residents while upholding the brand's identity.
• Partner with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance event visibility and community reach.

Client Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring their vision is met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, corporate partners, and event agencies.
• Collaborate with the restaurant's kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination during events.
• Lead and motivate the event staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to brand standards.

Budget and Reporting

• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control without compromising quality.
• Provide post-event reports, analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.

Sales and Marketing

• Develop strategies to promote the restaurant as a premier event destination.
• Work with the marketing team in Turkey to create promotional campaigns for events and special occasions.
• Identify and secure partnerships to enhance the restaurant's visibility in the local market.
