Event Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate social and promotional events in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to ensure events are successful and meet client expectations.

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate social and promotional events.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and branding strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and logistics for events.
• Ensure events comply with local regulations, safety standards, and venue policies.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with venue providers, caterers, entertainers, and service providers.
• Supervise onsite setup, execution, and post-event activities.
• Handle marketing, social media promotion, and event publicity.
• Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance event experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in event planning, management, or coordination (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple events and deadlines under pressure.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office, event planning software, and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of marketing and social media strategies for event promotion.
• Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
