Roles & Responsibilities

1. Prepare, plan and visualize floral designs adhering to design elements and trends and providing sense of artistry and creativity, using the necessary drawing software and tools.
2. Maximize visual appeal of Camelia retail premises in an innovative style to attract sales, on seasonal and occasional basis.
3. Coordinate with Marketing for Camelia unique identity and captivating branding designs.
4. Working closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert recommendations, competitive proposals and quotations submissions.
5. Consult with Assistant Head Florist for feasibility (Technical and financial) before designing customized floral arrangements.
6. Create professional relationships with corporate clients, florists, wedding planners, hospitality professionals to improve the sales opportunities.
7. Ensure quality control of products and events.
