Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the production of events, exhibitions, and related projects from concept through completion.
- Manage all logistical, operational, and technical aspects of production, including AV, staging, lighting, and set construction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all event elements.
- Develop production timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all resources are managed effectively.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives and ensure the production meets their vision.
- Ensure all event operations comply with health, safety, and legal regulations, including hospitality and protocol standards.
- Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and troubleshoot any issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with creative teams to enhance the event experience and meet client expectations.
- Monitor post-event evaluations and implement improvements for future projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in event production and exhibition management, with some exposure to hospitality or protocol.
- Proven experience managing high-profile events and large-scale exhibitions.
- Strong knowledge of production logistics, AV equipment, and technical services.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and legal event requirements in the UAE.
