Responsibilities
Driving individual and team performance to create high performing show teams.
Owning and communicating the event vision and strategy, aligning and connecting the team (and wider matrix team).
Driving effective leadership within a matrix structure.
Maintaining team focus by prioritising, sequencing and focusing energy.
Leading a holistic approach to planning to ensure commitments are delivered on time and to a high quality.
Identifying development needs - targeting and supporting appropriate training & development where relevant.
Requirements
Have demonstrable experience in setting show budgets and undertaking timely and accurate re-forecasts.
Have demonstrable experience in building communities and networks to open up new opportunities.
Oversee the show strategy, optimising all the levers of growth, including robust sales and marketing plans and using customer data.
Have relevant experience in driving brand and event revenue, strategic development and high quality delivery.
