Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
2. Minimum 8+ years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale events, with a notable advantage in UAE-specific experience.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
4. Exceptional project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
6. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries of event design.
7. Proficiency in event management software and tools.
8. Flexibility to travel and work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
