Event Coordinator Dubai

What To Expect
Tesla is looking for a highly motivated Event Coordinator to manage various activities to support sales goals in the market.

This position is based in Dubai and reports to the Store Manager. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills and good local knowledge of the market.

What You'll Do

1. Implementation of a comprehensive event calendar with centralised tracking of all regional events including test drive events, lead generation events, and external corporate events.
2. Development of in-store programs and campaigns to engage existing leads and create new leads.
3. Assist in the planning of regional activities including store openings, test drives, and lead generation events.
4. Work closely with the Customer Campaign Team to deliver integrated email campaigns to Tesla's database of customers and prospects.
5. Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns.
6. Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity for Tesla.
7. Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.

1. Experience organising and running end-to-end corporate events in the area.
2. Great project managing skills and love to coordinate.
3. Self-driven and able to plan from start to finish.
4. Good at managing several tasks at once.
5. Fluent in Arabic and English.
