Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in an event agency and will be available for interviews in Dubai. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating and managing a variety of high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion.
2. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure event objectives are met.
3. Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
4. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, transportation, catering, and accommodation.
5. Supervise event setup, on-site operations, and post-event breakdown.
6. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Handle unexpected issues and troubleshoot problems on the event day.
9. Prepare event reports and evaluate success based on client feedback and event metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an event agency.
3. Proven track record of successfully coordinating and managing events.
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
9. Must be based in Dubai and available for in-person interviews.
